This post is to notify all parties that the entirety of this site (4path.com) is NOT compliant with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), a European regulation that goes into effect on May 25, 2018.
Why are we not complying with this regulation?
- 4path is a DOMESTIC U.S. company. We do not provide services outside of the U.S.A.
- We do not collect data on individuals on this site with the exception of registering for the various courses.
- The data entered by individual practices on the supply request is not related to any individuals.
For these reasons, use of this site is STRICTLY LIMITED to individuals who reside within the United States and do NOT use e-mail address which are related to non-U.S. addresses and/or locations. If you (a) do not reside with the United States and/or (b) are a legal resident of a country which is under the jurisdiction of the GDPR regulations, you are prohibited from using this site.
